I don't know if it would have helped much but is anyone else puzzled that Hobbs, as good a player as we have, gets dropped for the entire Christmas programme when the likes of Wheater is nackered with 2 successive games never mind 4?

Apparently we scored the least goals in 2018 of all 92 clubs. Least surprising stat of the year.

I've heard a few say that we may sell Vela to raise funds. Genuinely puzzling, i'm not being disrespectful to any of these players but why is he worth more than Taylor or Grounds or Magennis, etc etc.

Good job the referee took pity on us with the one minute of added time or they’d have probably had another goal. Coming out at the end, I overheard a bloke use the lack of added time as an example of poor Championship refereeing! Couldn’t believe what I was hearing, especially as he was a Bolton fan!

If we sell vela then the manager has a big problem shoe horning in a home grown player into the team squad.

Not sure any have been on the bench this season. Young lad keeper early on in season?

First game on Jeff Stelling to finish today.  1 minute added time, with 5 goals, substitutes etc - baffling.

anyway, this doesn't paint over the huge embarrassment of today.  Great respect to all who went, giving up family time and hard earned cash to watch that shite.  With the results and swing in goal difference, we are in effect 4 adrift and the teams within reach are fading fast.

we could well need snookers after Bristol city away and wba at home.  The 4 Xmas points only served to paper over cracks, 10 always without a win and wretched home form tells its own tale as does shots on target and goals scored.

I figured that the 832 £18 tickets were round as far as the corner and we didn’t fill all of that so probably just short of 800. Pretty respectable, all told. Their support was dogshit and more like the Boothferry Park days in terms of numbers, but I suppose clubs probably come to us and say something similar.

Absofuckinglutely. Reckon they got off pretty lightly at the end as well, though I suppose a lot had left by then. Fuck knows who’s idea it was for the entire team to come and applaud the away fans, but I suppose they’d have got slated either way.
