He doesn't really need to contest it if he believes Bassini has the funds.

Still gives him another 7 days to wrap up with Bassini or at worst case for him, go back to Howard's group for a lower offer.

Only problem is, if he doesn't go back to Howie's group and liquidates instead after the 7 days.

is that right? as I understood it, he admin fuck up put a seven day delay on matters in which time it would be too late

Does liquidation remove any requirement for the moonshift loan to be repaid?

So you're saying that the money Ken has pocketed from club transfers and EFL, he can keep that. And that's what is sweetening Bassini's deal.

Therefore tomorrow, Ken will be looking for another adjournment , which you expect to be granted, as completing the deal in the 7 day liquidation window is unlikely and Ken needs to avoid liquidation so he doesn't get investigated and face repercussions.

That would leave your buyers in with a chance, but you have to assume Bassini has the funds, otherwise Ken wouldn't be doing this, so it's unlikely that you can swoop in.

How do you feel personally Howard about this whole things? Don't speak on behalf of your bidders, as a fan, what is your opinion on all of this? I know you said the club will be fine and will probably push for his aims, but do you think the club are missing out on your bidders? Do you think we're getting into even deeper shit with these potential new owners, you seem to think Dave Richards is another corrupt character. That doesn't bode well.
