Surely it's not down to a paralegal to proof read things like this and make sure that the address is right. It would have to be checked and re-checked by higher up figures. Sure it's one of the basics of the deal but that should be the first thing to get right. In that CERBURUS document it even says: "The parties hereby agree that legal proceedings may be served on them by delivering a copy of such proceedings to them, at their respective address SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT." ...as people have said, it should've been watertight and if it has been cocked up due to this tiny technicality it shows gross incompetence on the legal side for Howard's bidders, doesn't it? The address is supposed to be right there in that very document so how can they so royally fuck that up? and to make it worse, KA even told us where he lived in a recent update

Gaz Nt Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Today was meant to be a day of joy. It's turning out to be the complete opposite...
Spider Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 I’ve been in meetings all day can someone provide an update, it’s booting off all over the shop it seems
Plums Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Trailers for sale or rent, ground to let 50 cents, no fuel, no food, no vat, I ain’t got no squad or refs.. Ken on the Road
Smiley Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Local helicopter rentals going through the roof for Saturday!
TroySwoosh Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 This is all a ruse by Ken and Bassini, make it look like we're going to liquidate then Bassini comes in and saves the club, getting the fans on side

Ken's done a newsletter saying he's agreed a sale (presumably with Team Bassini). Wages can't be paid until tomorrow because of legal restrictions still in place over the clubs accounts. EFL saying no Health and Safety Certificate in place for next two home games so games can only take place behind closed doors at this stage.
famouswanderer Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 I wonder if there is a possibility the game could be played somewhere else?
Burndens Bogs Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 While it’s still Kens club, it’s down to him to get things sorted for policing/stewarding Saturdays match.

Felgate Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Haven’t posted on WW for a long time, but been a member since 2003.... mainly lurking in the background with the occasional appearance (including a few beers with Casino & others in Munich, who may or may not remember...). A few posters mentioned divorce earlier in the thread and having been through that over the last few years, this situation with my beloved club feels a lot like the heartache I went through during my separation. These cunts that are responsible for this seemingly have no fucking idea or a complete lack of interest as to what BWFC means to the fans and employees of the club and the wider local community as a whole. If the relevant interested parties do indeed read this forum... search for just a hint of compassion, do the right thing, take a few quid with you if needs be, but just walk away and leave those of us with a genuine place in our hearts for BWFC to move on with our proud club.
Tonge moor green jacket Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Ken claiming to taking less than he paid for the club. (SSN) Well Bassini isn't exactly pushing the boat out then is he!!
chrisw99 Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Now we know the real reason they haven't taken the latest direct debit - it's because we're missing two matches.
Rizlar Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 It's a joke and ELF what is the point of you being in charge of football!
