How on earth can you keep persistently defending KA, both on here and Twitter...?

He stepped in 3 years ago, yes, but we are now in a much worse position both on and off the field and the last 12 months antics and behaviour are unforgivable.

You keep defending him though, Clint!!

I’ve not seen anyone defending him. I’ve seen someone point out shit loads of  lies and scaremongering on social media Though.

Do Howards team actually want to purchase us anymore?

I think so, they haven't walked away, the impression I get from Howard, is that his buyers just can't be arsed dealing with KA

Yes but he also couldn’t do anything with the business whilst he objected

Said it for a while, it’s all gonna come crashing soon and we’ll end up with just two leagues in this country, like all the other European countries.

Like all the other European countries? Scotland has more than 2 before I even think of using google.

We still intend to exercise our option to buy on Tues/Weds, that may or may not involve a share recall depending on the situation with the other buyer and what he may offer as compensation.

Compensation to your buyers not to recall the shares?

In your mind then, it’s almost a dead certainty we will have a new owner by April 10?

Or can you see other complications (other than the compensation) that would take it past that date?

You say Ken can refuse to sign but couldn’t do anything with the club. Does that mean he could not sign the agreement and just wait for Bassini to come through or liquidation if that’s the case?

Or when you say he can’t do anything with the club does that include selling it?

So, Anderson can still accept your original offer anytime before you recall the shares and push ICI into administration?

No, that offer is no longer valid.

He couldn’t legally sell it, move money, put it into admin or liquidation.

The fear is that the club is left in a state of limbo whilst he clings on.

So would he do this? You seemed pretty confident you'd be making an announcement the other day.

Also Bassini didn't offer enough last time, why would it be any different now?

So what would be his logic for clinging on, waiting for 8 May for us to be liquidated by HMRC?

This makes  me think that the Bassini group have a shit load of (possibly dodgy) money and want to use the club to 'manage' it......even if it means:

1. Paying your group compensation not to recall the shared.

2.Massively overpaying for a club on its arse (by not insisting on the £13.3 million) off IC.

Still, don't know whether to be worried by this or not.....as it seems the vast majority of clubs are operating dishonestly to some degree these days imho.

Writing off the £13.3M allows them to spend more on players under FFP

So your people could still accept compensation from Bassini or another & leave the way clear for them to take the club?

Clings on to the club by not acknowledging the transfer of shares. He is between a rock and a hard place because the judge’s decision didn’t eliminate us, quite the opposite.

He needs to sell to Bassini or voluntarily liquidate.
