So essentially it comes down to:

1. Bassini completes before H’s men take the shares

2. Bassini compensates H’s men somewhere between 2 and 12 million not to recall the shares to complete after the 10th . (Does this agreement just delay the share recall or end it for good?)

3. Ken will let H’s buyers take the shares and say goodbye, cleanly no fuss. 10th april

4. or Ken refuses to sign the agreement but can’t sell the club anymore so waits for HMRC to liquidate the club and gets paid that way.

5. He comes back to H’s men to accept their offer but coz of all the fucking around  H’s men reduce their payment to ken.

Great, so he has backed himself into a corner, again?

Lets sit tight until Tues/Wed then..

What are the chances of him liquidating then? I'm not delighted with the prospect of Bassini, but it's much better than liquidation.

He couldn’t legally sell it, move money, put it into admin or liquidation.

The fear is that the club is left in a state of limbo whilst he clings on.

Can't see him doing this because he would have to pay the salaries every month out of his own pocket.

If it’s a choice for him between voluntarily liquidate and let his shares be recalled and get fucked over. I think he chooses liquidate.

Howard, what are your group plans in the incoming years for BWFC and what has it to gain from all this?  I wouldnt dream of buying a football club after reading all this, headache tackle for people like myself with a lack of patience.  I just dont get why somebody would want to buy a football club unless theyre unloading money.

Yes

What do you think the outcome with be: Bassini still getting the club before Tuesday / Wednesday?

No chance your bidders will buy the club outright? Or will that only happen if Anderson comes back to your bidders wanting to sign a deal? Probs on less terms than you regionally offered him to sign off weeks ago?

So the only way your bidders will get the club is by doing share recall next Wednesday?

Ego, philanthropy, frivolous fan.

Or highly confident business folk.

It think thats exactly why they want it

How on earth can you keep persistently defending KA, both on here and Twitter...?

He stepped in 3 years ago, yes, but we are now in a much worse position both on and off the field and the last 12 months antics and behaviour are unforgivable.

You keep defending him though, Clint!!

In what ways are we in "a much worse position both on & off the pitch now " than we were when he stepped in 3 years ago ?

@Howardroark What are your consortium called? Is there a Ltd company set up ready? Are they in any way connected to the Gaspard group?

Didn't somebody on here say if the club was liquidated Anderson would come under scrutiny, and questioned? plus he would have to be at the ground during the period of liquidation, for me he won't want either of those scenarios.

Did we ever come close to not being able to stage a game?

Did we ever have a probation notice issued?

Did players ever strike?

Did we ever have the wages saga like this (or as bad)?

The squad is worse now, no question.

The reputation of the club is much worse.

The outstanding debts are much higher (as ED wrote off everything before KA came in)

That's my thought too, he also doesn't seem keen to deal with H's group. Not sure he'd be keen to let them win without a fight.

But I'm sure it was mentioned he wouldn't want the questioning involved in liquidation at some point

If Bassini walks then very high

If there was a desire to make that information public then it would already be public.

Yes, but only through a shared survey

What will your group do if Ken refuses to sign the share recall?

Beat me to it, but that's less than a week away now. Regardless of whether he starts liquidation he won't finish it in 5 days (2 being weekend, not sure if that slows anything down) surely? So your buyers can still technically reclaim the shares even if the process is started, right?

Look at what the Pozzo’s purchased Watford for versus what they were offered for it last year. Those types of gains would excite any contrarian/speculative investor. The acquisition costs are more than offset by the value of the assets, those assets only have value to those with an insight in to the true value of land.

Our deal isn’t on the table.

I heard today you were connected...so that makes sense.

What is the shared survey? Connected via the South African?

All you can do is leave it in the hands of the solicitors and relevant authorities.

No, we both approached the same company to value a piece of land.

We are 100% NOT connected to them.

No, as the shares are null and void.

Fair enough. I can’t decide whether you’ve got him by the balls if Bassini falls through or whether he’s got you by the balls.

sounds like a stand off if it comes to you recalling the shares.

Unless you settle somehow.
