August 10, 20197 yr I feel old now having been in most of those pubs. ( not sure no18 is the Crown & Cushion in town !!) Off the top of my head. others in town in my time.....Painters ( got a window put through v Blackpool ), Blue Boar, Boars Head, Dog & Partridge, Railway, Shep ( got several windows put through v Wolves ), Wheatsheaf, Gaiety, Spencers, New Zealand Chief, Clarence on Bath St, Anchor, McGinlays, Cattle Market, a few more towards Burnden & any number of clubs......
August 10, 20197 yr The Bolton News being the Bolton news have made at least a couple of errors. Henry's is no long Harvey's it's The Courthouse and if they are mentioning that why are they not mentioning any of the other pubs that have changed names/ownership. The Millstone is still there too although they knocked through to the building behind when Joey Holts bought it. The current Landlord is also was the Landlord when they shut the old one. (It used to be my local when I worked at McDs)

Think they fucked off to the Wood St Social Club. Fond place in my heart has The Trotters. Many happy times including my wedding reception upstairs.
