I've sacked that place off now. Fewer people wearing masks than before they were compulsory. Not queueing up at the butchers counter to get covid.

Think I've been in once or twice as a kid so have no recollection of it. My parents were in once, and the Bolton team were in. Allardyce being pissed, loud and unpleasant apparently!

Toby Inn is not a pub with a restaurant the way Pack Horse, Affetside is, it’s very much a restaurant which has a bar. The only folk I’ve ever seen buying drinks at the bar are diners waiting to be seated.

Regarding the menu, lots of fish, steaks, chicken dishes, pizza, etc. 
 

theyhave massively reduced their menu this year. I assume because of the uncertainties of Covid19 in the area, it being situated in the moors between Bolton, Bury and Blackburn.

I don’t see that regarding masks but the butchers has turned into a free for all

Maybe they've knuckled down again. Needed to, and its no surprise numbers are down, they were shit hot at first, then let it slip.

Wasnt the gest experience to be honest, but it wasnt their fault

Heat goes very mild, mild, medium, hot and thai hot

The hot ensures ill not be ordering thai hot

Medium next time

 

Got a menu for casalingo posted so might try but they have their work cut out to beat Pranzo

Its an eat in place for me

Id generally go for a proper takeaway place for takeaway pizza

We did get a steak and a chicken main from baci that was good

Was it just because it was too hot that the only issue? I go Thai hot on my food and have to say theirs is as close to properly Thai hot that I’ve had in uk. So can understand why hot might’ve been a bit much possibly
