Handed over my XBox 360 to the grandson so he can play Sonic The Hedgehog (apparently it’s big again now?) and I only ever used the thing as a DVD player 

Anyway went in the loft and retrieved my PlayStation 2 and Gran Turismo 4. Fucking hell I’d forgotten how addictive these games are. Graphics are a bit shit but my word I can’t put the fucking thing down. I’d happily sit here on it all day and night if I could 

Just been in garage forcsupplues and found a handful of old wii games if anybody can use them

Not played consoles since the lad was born but have busted out the ps3 and bought the odd ps1 games to download on it. 

Metal gear solid. Looks absolutely wank stretched over a 50 inch TV. 

Crash bandicoot... Still decent gameplay but again looks terrible. 

Still better than fucking mine craft that he's addicted to. 

Was going to go and dig my original xbox out of the loft to have a go on Abe's Oddysee but then realised it might have been a PS1 thing.

Metal Gear is still the best game. Hideo Kojima was asked about remastering it and he said it would cost more than the entire series to remaster it.

All 3 Crash games have been remastered in one game for PS4 and it looks immense and is still as fuckin hard as ever. 
 

Crash Team racing been remastered as well. Forgot how much I hate that cunting game

I've skipped ps4 but think santa will be bringing the my lad a ps5 this year. All going well.

I reckon it’ll be £400. The reason they sold so many PS4 and PS3 because of the affordable price. 
An additional controller will be expensive. £500 package with 3 games would be my guess.

I stopped playing it when he was 6 months old and I was on gta5...and unable to get 10 minutes peace to play fifa. 

I've bought Minecraft and crash bandicoot!

you will pay full price for all games dictated by Sony. Xbox have it now. I avoided like the plague.

I think retailers will sell digital codes the same price 

That’s what Amazon have said and potentially cheaper because no physical copy or shipping costs
