We've had that conversation previously. The UN is a MASSIVE organisation. And like all massive organisations - there will inevitably be bad apples working for them. Especially on the ground in a place like Gaza.

I'm assuming you've not done much background reading into this - or you'd realise that there were an awful lot of allegations being thrown around without much evidence. 

The UN sacked 12 staff working in Palestine (who were mainly teachers at UNWRA schools) because they SUSPECTED they MAY have taken part in the October 7th attack (in some capacity). 

Trying to paint the UN as therefore somehow in bed with Hamas is a daft, smokescreen/diversion to deflect away from the absolute fucking horror show that you condone and is happening every minute of every day that we spend arguing back and forth on here. 

Time for me to leave this thread alone again for a bit I think. It genuinely makes me angry.

The UN originally distributed aid. Lots of this went missing and ended up with HAMAS. It was also around this time the US stopped funding the UNWRA. this has now been reinstated but at much lower levels. It makes complete sense for them to start working together again under tighter restrictions. However the UN have chosen not to.

We sent in aid before, with the Jordainian air force throwing it out of onto of their aircraft (Hercules?).

Obviously, tell the Israelis what's happening, but then just do it.
