Sharrons desire to run a football club and "Do good" has been brilliant for us and the reconnection of the club and the community should never be underestimated and has followed the model by community clubs like Everton & Millwall . the gold standard for community connection .

Well I don't know about the rest of it but I can tell you that "Warbbies" certainly didn't loan her anything - maybe you mean one of the owners of Warburton's perhaps such as Brett Warburton?

If so Brett had an outstanding loan secured against a plot of land owned by the club when under the ownership of Eddie Davies in the sum iirc of £2.5m.

This loan was outstanding when the club entered Administration and as part of the deal of the takeover the debt was taken on by FV.

The debt was only settled in November 2022.

Seeing that Brett had only loaned his money subject to it being secured against an asset, it makes me highly sceptical that he or anyone else connected with Warburtons would loan anything further unsecured.

Not impossible of course but I suggest very doubtful.

It might be that the 'loan' has since been turned into equity (it is known that Sharon acts as a proxy to unnamed shareholders) or even that the loan was a personal one to Sharon, in which case she hasn't paid it back from her profits from BWFC, that's for sure, as there's never been any.
