One of the two times Plymouth got a mention on page 2 was when the poster @Johnnyrotten named a top 12 rather than top 6.

Did he predict we wouldnt be in said top 12?

I expect the top 12 to be made up of MKD, Posh, Oxford, Derby, Ipswich, Bolton, Plymouth, Barnsley, Sheff Wed, Pompey, Wycombe and Charlton.

He got most including Bolton but slipped up with MKD & Oxford.

Ah, im surprised he didnt have us relegated by christmas

Most people were happy with play offs.

We’ve done well.

MK Dons were a strange favourite. They’re cow muck

We all underestimated Plymouth, who were even more impressive considering they lost a top keeper, a leading goalscorer & were smashed & humiliated by someone at Wembley but kept going relentlessly. Good luck to them.

MK are a warning sign to us about an over-reliance on loan players ...we'll need to replace Trafford & Bradley with players of the same quality (not easy ) just to stand still.

& the league tables seem to indicate a growing gulf between the championship & league 1........all 3 relegated clubs finished in the top 7 & 2 of the 3 promoted clubs struggled.. However, Sunderland, the play off winners, have shown it can be done.

A reminder to those who don't want to go up yet that losing key players following a good season never bodes well
