best one i've come across was, before going to bed mix up warm water, salt, lemon juice, honey and couple of other things I don't recall
drink, go to bed, wake up feeling fine - maybe tired if you went to bed late, but that's it
stopped though as one time I put too much salt in and threw up everywhere
