IMO people have a valid reason to be pissed off with what's on show at the Bok this season.....8 goals in five months of premiership football with 5 of those goals came in two games. I can't see how things will change untill Megson either sets up his team to play differently at the Reebok, alternitavely signs a top quality midfielder or finisher to unlock defences.....Unfortunately I have my doubts that Megson has the ability or the money to fulfill either.

More of a worry it's now four premiership games six conceded & scored none......

Bolton have won only two of their opening ten games in the league this season and, given that Sammy Lee was dismissed in October last year after winning only one of 11 games, there has been speculation over Megson?s future. But Gartside insists the situation with Megson is completely different and has vowed to stand by the under-fire boss. ?Gary has the 100 percent support of the players, which the other manager (Sammy Lee) did not,? he told The Mail on Sunday. ?That is why things are not the same between now and then. ?Gary and I talk about transfer targets all the time. If you look back, there isn?t a transfer window in which we haven?t signed players.? The first-year scholar now has five goals in three games following his double in the U18s victory over Nottingham Forest last weekend and his strike for the Reserves against Newcastle United in midweek. After Sam Jerome opened the scoring for the Yorkshiremen with a close-range finish, the Jamaica-born striker inspired his team with two predatory goals. Campbell's first came just before the break when Leeds failed to clear their lines before he grabbed what proved to be the winner in the second half with a neat finish from a corner. Coach Peter Farrell was again pleased with the U18s performance for a second week in succession and is hoping that his players can continue to operate with a winning mentality. He enthused: "It was a very good result and the lads did really well. We passed the ball around well, everyone worked hard and I was impressed with the desire, commitment, attitude and discipline. "It's always nice to win by three or four goals, but as a coach it's sometime nice to see your team go behind because then it's a test of the lads' character and mental strength. Their heads didn't drop when they went 1-0 down and when they got the equaliser they knew that they were going to go on and win the game. "There's a lot of confidence around the place at the moment and we are trying to install that winning mentality. "It was an overall team effort on Saturday. Michael O'Halloran did really well as did Grant Spencer, while Tom Eckersley and David Gbemie were superb at the back. "We've had a couple of injuries with Joe Riley and Danny Ward, so I managed to get Danny on at half-time and Joe on for the last 30 minutes, so it was nice to see them come back. "I was a little bit worried with Javlon stepping up to the Reserves last week, especially with him being a first year, however he's played really well in and that's not just his goals but all-round performances. "He's got the potential to go on at this club, but to be honest I could probably name half a dozen who could go on to play for the first team. It's just keeping that desire and mental strength whilst also looking after themselves and remaining professional on-and-off the pitch. "I'm pleased with what I've seen so far this season. We've only lost one, won two and drew two, so having eight points is a good start. "Hopefully we can through the season only losing a few games, but we need to go into every match with the attitude that we are not going to lose. A good start has been important and it's given the lads a lot of confidence."

The Ghanaian born player has spent the last few seasons playing in Spain for Levante but has decided to rescind his contract with the club because of non-payment of wages.
