who de we get in to replace? Why can't Coyle get the best out of him? If he wants to go that's a different matter but if not why not keep him as I think he gives us something different to the rest. Just going off our history we won't reinvest decent money on a replacement.

yes they would but I can't help feel we've delivered the improvements at the business end ie getting him to play regularly and giving him the platform to increase his value. It's a strange argument from me this when I can't make my mind up on whether he's good or not. My brother watches us from afar on Tele saying to me he'll be at real soon and I sit there struggling to remember he's even playing at times despite his flashes of brilliance.

You're quite right there, but you can't help feel they take a huge part of what we've done developing him. I understand why these moves are setup, ie we could prob only afford to pay 1 mill at the time. He was a bit of a gamble etc. It's just 1 clause ill always negotiate out of on champ man(no relevance to real life I know) as say we paid another 500k and clinched him we'd be looking at potentially 6.5 mill profit rather than 3mill.
