Ona more serious note, someone should have a word with the club about swapping the Morecambe and Crewe dates. Seaside day outs should be at the weekend.

  • If we hammer a load of part-timers or not has absolutely fuck all to do with anything. They need to get fit, nothing more. It is still mid-July, this doesn't qualify as competitive football, it's a ki

The reason we are having a Scottish tour is because the Scottish teams are only a few weeks away from kicking of there seasons on the 4th of august meaning they are now looking to have players playing

How many broken legs are we looking at from that lot then?

So they ramp up the level to Portsmouth who were in the Championship and then ramp it back down to Halifax and Accrington, which is how Chungy got his leg broken last year.

Whoever arranged a "friendly" against Tranmere has no understand of Bolton Wanderers at any level.

Some tough games there!

Preparing for our subsequent drop down another division?

I can't remember the last time I was so underwhelmed. Which non-league hatchett man will be making a name for himself this year?

Anyway...

Morecambe, Crewe, Halifax & Accrington..... IAMIN. MORECAMBE ALL-DAYER, YEE-HA!!

Gone of the days touring America.

I'm sure they'll still manage a jolly or two to Dubai.

Isle of man tour?

I presume that all of that lot are away from home

Bamber Bridge, a short walk from work, Chorley on my way home.

The weekend/Friday night ones, I reckon could be on the cards.

Not according to the always reliable local rag:

WANDERERS will play pre-season friendlies in the USA and England ahead of their first season back in the Championship.

Owen Coyle's men will have three matches in North and South Carolina during a 10-day tour.

Crewe sounds like the only decent one for me bit of a lads pre-season piss up

Was expecting a prestigous home friendly against some crack second division Hungarian outfit!!

Instead it is a C list of footballing wastelands, all primed to give us a right good kicking.

how the mighty have fallen

Possibly Chorley depending on what team we play

Why dont we play these friendlies at home to get a better look at how the team perform on our pitch?

Why don't we play teams from the BPL now that we not in there?

Why don't we just play teams that might get us to the levels we'll need from Day 1 of the Championship?

im up for tranmere....

im up for tranmere....

Not on a Tuesday night, I'm not.

I'll prob end up going to Accy - my mate has a pub in Oswaldtwistle so will end up making a day of it boozing with him

Hate pre-season friendlies, but probably tempted by 2 or 3 there.

Easy enough to see the 'scholars' at Bamber Bridge, Radcliffe & Chorley anyway.

Let me know mate, Ill come with .

Will do no probs. If nothing crops up between now and then, thats what i'll be doing

Are we having another pitch invasion at the Shay ?

Why don't we play teams from the BPL now that we not in there?
