I think oc's strong point was motivating players to give that extra bit more, which worked lovely when confidence was high and the team were winning more regular. It's now fairly apparent that this alone gets you nowhere. I completely bought into oc and even at the start of this season thought he would deliver the goods.

Keith hill has maximised teams performance on very small budgets while playing good football. It would be foolish not to consider him as at least an option.
