  1. http://www.themag.co.uk/2015/12/john-carver-linkedin-profile-is-comedy-gold/ The comments underneath aren't too encouraging
  2. I love Bolton Wanderers but going gets harder and harder to justify. My son whose had a season ticket since he was 5 finds it boring as fuck. He's now 11 and the pull of his mates going out has seen him miss a few games this season for the first time. It's hard to argue with him.He has a very valid point.Season on season it's just disappointment all the time.
  3. Aye that's the case alright but why do we have to play catch up all the fucking time.
  4. No meltdown here but sometimes it'slike running in glue supporting BWFC
  5. Tower is waxing lyrical about this kid.Has he been that good?Comes at a great time with Chungy away
  6. Aye with Tierney set to retire from football that's two
  7. My dad never took me to a match. He hates football and thinks they are all over paid wankers.I started going to Burnden in the early 80s on my own when I was old enough.Tried to get the old man to come but he never would and still won't.Now I have my own son and he's been coming from the age of 5.He's now 11. There's no better feeling than having your kin at the side of you, even when we lose.Knowing that when he grows up he wil look back on these times with fondness makes me happy. I haven't talked to my father in 10 years but still wish he was at my side with his Grandson on matchdays.I've got to say I'm jealous of the guys with every generation represented on matchday.
  8. Heskey always was a poor Kevin Davies and always wondered how he got as far as he did. ....but he's only training with us at the moment and I'd like to see the plot unfold a little further.
  9. Good. They had my little boy scared to fuck in the Tesco ginnel
  10. I'm hoping that last night's performance galvanizes some of our stayaways to come back and give it a go. Hopefully your predictiion of 15,000 is slightly on the low side.Want nothing more than to smash these fuckers on and off the pitch.Scruffy straw chewing cunts....
  11. It's already a fucking massive improvement.I'm not too downbeat about last nights performance. The main thing is I can't wait for Saturday and it's been a long time since I've said that. A bit more composure in the final third and a good Charlton side would have been handed their balls on a plate. Lennon's identified where we need to improve in 2 games. How long did it take the other twit? I like realism but I like enthusiasm better. COYFWM
  12. I'm going. My son is looking forward to going and even the Mrs is making her annual trip. I fully intend to shout my bollocks off today pushing the whites on.A new lease of life instead of apathy all round.
  13. I meant fucking sight.What a dick.
  14. Im in Atherton.M46,but as far as I'm concerned my property is in Lancahire.Fuck um.
  15. Seconded. No finer site than material disappearing up the old beef curtains
