  1. I'll let my friends know who have brought up well adjusted lovely kids. Still can't believe views like this perpetuate.
  2. Im afraid i wont be going any further after the second sleep dross. I love a good beach book, but that was awful. Currently loving The Land In Winter by Andrew Miller
  3. I had the misfortune of reading that book on holiday once. What a pile of pish.
  4. You forgot Bliar. Im surprised he's not treading the boards as a standup
  5. I went to Kent
  6. Just an old in joke between friends
  7. I'm getting the basis of a song here @kent_white
  8. So its 2026 - its been 30 years since Euro 96. Which means we are now equidistant from the song Three Lions since when we won the world cup.
  9. Well, at least RW has found someone to keep him company.
  10. Or us part timers who finally can get to a few aways as they are closer.
  11. Canterbury Pride today, was all very lovely as it always is. Going to Herne Bay Pride in a few weeks. My eldest came out to us last week (we weren't massively surpirised) so we're going to see if she meet some nice lesbians down here 😀
  12. 'Tried it on a tablet' 😊 Bless.
  13. Its not just that, its the whole patronising 'red wall seats' as though the north all thinks the same. Its a total Southern projection. But this myth that Burnham will be a better speaker - he will follow the same policies. Also, he was a member of the cabinet - he's not an outsider looking in. He went and sulked up North and its served him well. But it will not serve this country well. We need consistency, not a charmer in a t shirt who likes the Smiths.
  14. Also, this fella from Reform is making everyone with a northern accent have to battle again that we aren't as thick as pig shit. Awful.
  15. So my Mrs (who is a Labour member) is so Burnham. We may have fallen out over this.
  16. That Reform candidate is making himself look a total arse. So out of his depth.
  17. You are such a bore. As a Labour member, I'll be voting Starmer - I cant stand Burnham, no new ideas, just that he can talk a bit better. As a country, it is not what we need. RW, go back to work (?)
  18. Awww RW is upset
  19. Yup, part of the five Ks of Sikhism. So the long hair, the comb, loose shorts, the Kara (bracelet) and the Kirpan - which as you say can be tiny but all are never to be parted from the body.
  20. Eeee, these young middle aged wippersnappers with their silly notions about equality and the like. Now, back in my day.....🥱
  21. I own my own business, and as far as i know I don't support Arsenal.
  22. He's also got a real problem with hair dye.
  23. Shhh Kent.
  24. Yeah I did, its £130 a month now. And I live in a three bed house.
  25. Bit harsh.
