Spent the last 12 months on the beautiful isle of Sardinia, the limoncello is a heck of a lot cheaper here than the bars on Piazza San Marco. With any luck this will be my first away since the same fixture last season due to a lack of seaside away grounds (nowhere local to dock my gondola usually), but it’s all down to my mate from Hindley’s spare CRN being a success. Does anybody have any pub recommendations?

Just got back home to Jesolo, rough trip back. The gondola was quaking quite aggressively as we were going over the Adriatic. Haven’t had a season ticket since 10/11 season. I packed it all in after the Wembley debacle with Stoke but hoping for roles reserved next month Been on to the ticket office and they won’t let me buy one today. I assumed I was still classed as a member on their system?? Anyone else having the same problem? Really frustrating

Agreed @DazBob. Saw the game myself tonight and it was very close up until the last 5 overs. In particular some of the fielding on show was exemplary. What I saw with just a few runs needed to win was an absolute disgrace and the player in question should be banned for life. I’m surprised RMI haven’t said a peep about it on social media.
