I've lost track of who is dishing out the "BOOMS" here

Labour.

When the SNP dies on its arse, so do the Tories.

And he started the grammar police off

Another Masters in English here then?

You will say “would of”, so make sure Zulu doesn’t pick you up on that

The SNP is a noun (it’s a party)

When you describe a noun you do so with an adjective. If we’re being picky you should have used the word charlatanic, but I wasn’t expecting this level of analysis.

So yea, charlatan is a noun, but if you’re going to use it to describe a noun, use the correct suffix.

save some room in that sunset for me.

It's a proper noun at that, tha knows.

Can you see the sunset in the hole that you’re continuing to dig? Let’s examine the sentence that I posted. ‘You don’t have to live north of the border to be taken in by these charlatans Cheese’ is what I actually posted. Not an adjective. A noun.

I’n not angry with you Spider. Just disappointed. 😎👍

Which grammar school was it again?

I assume it was lit by candles…?

The SNP are the third largest party in the U.K. Parliament. This isn't something that only affects Scotland.
Lots of dismissive comments but this is a major political issue.

Won’t be if everyone shifts to Labour

Or the Tories. Don’t rule them out.
If the SNP implodes, how do you you spread the vote of National Socialists?

Tim Burgess is in the SNP?

No, but Phil Mitchell is.

I'm shit at English

I honestly couldn't tell you the difference between nouns, adjectives, pronouns, adverbs etc

I think I've done well and got by despite this and most importantly avoided a number of twatty online arguements

Which bracket would "twatty" fall in to? Is it an adjective?

For what it’s worth, I don’t think the SNP will be too damaged.

Their share will weaken but I’d be amazed if the Tories suddenly did well up there.

Maybe if they send Boris up it might work 😁

I was called out by the grammar police in an extremely patronising fashion (assuming he DOES know what patronising means)

Even I was bored after a while.

But I wasn’t wrong.

They say a week is a long time in politics. Looking at what’s happened to the SNP in the last few weeks, who knows what will happen in the next 19 months (or less) until the next General Election. Skeletons everywhere.

If you think that’s extremely patronising then you need to get out more.

And you were wrong. But, hey, you stay ignorant old boy. It’s a state of bliss after all. 😘

I think you’re right here Zico, on reflection.

And ‘twatty’ is an adjective. 😃

I see they have delayed DRS. I knew they’d piss someone off regarding the decision but a 7 month delay seems to have pissed everyone off (except me)

How on earth are we in a country where people are asking what adjectives are?

Bonkers, really.

He was missing the point though, so I did enjoy the hoops he jumped through.

I know

You know

But anyway, it’s a scotch thread. I give it 2 pages before it’s poppies vs potatoes
