Is it papering over the cracks or are we developing a way to win ugly? Away from home is clearly an issue, but there can be no complaints at home. What I do find a touch strange at times is the use of subs. OK, they're necessary for injuries, to change tactics etc, but they do seem a touch formulaic at times. Almost as if, because we have 5, we have to use loads of them, even if they might not all be needed at that particular moment. I don't think it's a unique thing though; managers all over seem to like to make a good number of changes.
