On the plus side he's got good spring for a little man and won more headers than Jaidi last night.

 

Oh and he probably put 50 more on the gate.

Am with Frank here, looked far better after JJ departed. Unlucky with booking, distributed ball in an entirely different way than the other players are used to , ie sideways!

 

Nolan did superbly after he came on.

 

I'll also take back everything I said about Fernandes, looked very lively, left footed player cutting in off the right wing looks a winner.

i thought nakata looked very tidy, always lookin for ball, always looking to actually pass to feet.

 

He never tried anything silly, just kept it simple and he stuck his foot in, which i was suprised about.

 

I think his main problem is that looks very lightweight and is positional sense is shocking, i lost count of the number of times a man ran past his and he dint even notice...

Give Nakata time, his movement wasn't bad and some good touches.

He needs time to settle in as most players do. As Casino said, he will be another Djorkeff and rip the defenses apart once he gets to grip with the speed and other players around him.
