Snow_white Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 I was going to back Palace but have been talked into "laying" Southampton instead. Here's hoping. Also fancy a sniff at draw/Manure win in the league cup. What do you think? Quote
Sweep Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 I agree that "laying" Southampton is probably a wiser bet than going for an outright Palace win, based purely on the fact that Southampton seem to be major draw specialists. I would also look at Man Utd to win through in 90 minutes this evening, as I think they will be going all out for this match. Quote

Northy_33 Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 Here's a Treble for tonight.... (even though last nights prediction was shit) Coventry, Oldham, Lille all to win. 10 bet = 65.90 return Kevin Davies to score first tonight 13/2 with paddy power (it's due) You can all take the piss out of me tomorrow......... Ha ha Does anyone want to know the team news for tonight???? Quote
barryk32 Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 scores for tonight 0-0 @ 8.0 1-0 @ 7.0 0-1 @ 10.5 1-1 @ 7.6 2-1 @ 11.00 1-2 @ 19.00 2-2 @ 22.00 Can anyone see any other scores happening as if you back them all you at least get your money back. If you fancy higher scoring the other odds are 3-1 @ 25.00 1-3 @ 60.00 3-2 @ 46.00 2-3 @ 80.00 3-3 @ 110.00 If you put 1 point each on the first 7 you should be fine. If you put 1 point on all 12 and it finishes anywhere after 2-1 you are laughing I'm going to mull this over at my desk and decide what i'm going to do. (all prices from betfair) Quote
Sweep Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 I feel optomistic and therefore will be considering a 3:0 to us. What I am wondering though is, if we get a penalty this evening, who will take it (presuming Speed, Diouf and Fadiga are not playing) ? I fancy us to get a penalty this evening Quote
Traf Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 scores for tonight 0-0 @ 8.0 ??15.95 1-0 @ 7.0 ??18.23 0-1 @ 10.5 ??12.15 1-1 @ 7.6 ??16.79 2-1 @ 11.00 ??11.60 1-2 @ 19.00 ??6.72 2-2 @ 22.00 ??5.80 Can anyone see any other scores happening as if you back them all you at least get your money back. If you fancy higher scoring the other odds are 3-1 @ 25.00 ??5.10 1-3 @ 60.00 ??2.13 3-2 @ 46.00 ??2.77 2-3 @ 80.00 ??1.60 3-3 @ 110.00 ??1.16 If you stake those amounts, your total outlay will be ??100 and the return from all the bets will be ??127.61. An easy 28% in my opinion. I think I'll have a dabble. Quote
Sweep Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 clearly too much time on your hands working that lot our Mr Traf I presume you won't be hoping for a mighty 3:0 for the whites then Quote
Horwich Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 1st goal 60th min onwards + "no goalscorer" in the 1st goalscorer market. all with betfair Quote
Traf Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 I have just spotted the fatal flaw in barry's plans. No 2-0 either! Quote

Horwich Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 It's a belter. That how I work my 4-way doubles out ie win-win win-draw draw-win draw-draw Also known as the Horwich bet. not 4 ways - too many bets...2 will do me Quote
Carlos Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 The Borg is starting. You can get 6.8 on Betfair for any other scorer, he isn't listed so this applies to him (I think) plus loads of others in their team. Lump it on! Also get on the low scoring draws. Quote
Horwich Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 1st goal 60th min onwards + "no goalscorer" in the 1st goalscorer market. all with betfair horwich itk yet again Quote
