you could have a a full house on a saturday and a christening on a sunday and bar takings would be the same.

the worlds gone daft.

I'd be wanting a meal and a free bar thrown in for that sort of money.

I'm doing a solo mission from carlisle next week... none of the rest of the lads are prepared to spend ??25 for a match ticket plus ??28.90 for a train.

It is a 3 hour train ride down as railworks make the trip go via the settle line at about 40mph the whole way and a bus back.

I must be mad

Aye, but the Settle line is very scenic. You'll get some lovely photos.

There won't be a replay apparently as we are still in the UEFA Cup.

Well that is what I understand.

I think we will sell in the region of 8000 home tickets for Saturday, maybe more if the performance against Marseille is good, may tempt a few more

I`m going to both Marseille games. However i`m not made of money and am giving the West Ham game a miss.

Being outnumbered at the Reebok will be more embarrassment for our support.

F*ck it how much are the tickets? :-k

I'm afraid you have been mis-informed. There will be a replay if necessary.

If Europes more important then why are you struggling to sell tickets for a last 32 game v Marseille?, a lot of your fans are obviously just part timers you dickhead.

it means my un-educated souther mucker to absolutely beat them in such a way it makes them look like a dick!

you norvern slaaaaaaggggggsssss!

Yossi you failed to address the ??53 to ??25 ticket price issue, although I must say our highest ticket price is ??39

You argue that because West Ham is a shite area of London (which it is, I've been) you cant be considered part of one of the world's most expensive cites. The fact that West Ham is in London means that you qualify for higher wages, for example teachers start on 18,000 ish here and 22,000 ish there. I bet its the same in every job, not just average jobs like teaching. So generally West Ham fans would have more money than Bolton fans, by demographic default. Personally I have spent 600 plus on 2 European games. On top of a season ticket that for me is alot of cash. So I understand why Bolton fans dont/cant pay extra for cup/euro home games. Refering to previous threads this is your cup final, not ours.

But I'll be there on Saturday, looking forward to the game and hearing some atmosphere at the Reebok :D

that said, I'm on the same as my mate who works in London

I pay ??300 for a nice room in a nice house in Manc

he pays ??700 for a shoebox in Clapham

it doesn't seem right that

and it was ??3 a bottle in his local

people get paid more in Londond for a reason and it ain't to help us with ticket prices
