jayjayoghani
Our home computer is full of the other half's music files. So much so we don't have any disk space left. I'm thinking of shifting them to DVD. What's the best software to use? Preferably free if one is available?

Does it have a cd burner? If it has (which I suspect it will unless you bought it in 1977) you can still transfer her 'music' onto discs. You just wont be able to put them all on one as a dvd holds 4.7gb and a cd holds 700mb. You'll have to categorise into utter shit, quite shit, shit, passable etc etc.

Moderators Carlos Posted March 27, 2007 Moderators Share Posted March 27, 2007 I've got all my music backed up on an additional hard drive and an external one, if I lost it it'd take me months and ??? to get it all back so not worth the risk. Happy Wanderer
Everybody should have a secondary hard drive, either internal or external to store back-ups etc on. Your hard may fail at anytime and you could lose time, money along with your vaulable data.
