The unfortunate thing is they will probably get a "points deduction", but it will be applicable to this coming season, as opposed to being attached to last season.

It just all stinks to high heaven.

just get em relegated ffs

what a farce!

How many warnings do they need before action is taken? The FA are spineless FACT!

Nothing new there, they really are useless.

Unfortunately for the rest of us, this saga will probably run and run

then eventually manure will buy tevez from the kia bloke for 30m and that will be the end of it, west ham will have succeeded...

disgusting!

As suggested, a points deduction next season could be interesting viewing though.

ahem

its all sooooooooooooooooo predictable

i predict a

further investigation in september and a 5 point deduction for west ham, applied next season

too right it would

would have to be at least 10

no point in holding back and worry about "effectively relegating them"

sheff u though, every right to be p?ssed off

how can west ham just tear up a 3rd party agreement and think that be the end of it?

surely tevez could just tear up his WHU contract?

Unfortunately for the rest of us, this saga will probably run and run

I'm sick to the back teeth of this story. I fear it's only just beginning too and it's been going 6 months. :help:

look at Tevez head and neck on that pic.

he looks like a walk-on part from Friday 13th or Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

FREAKY

This could be a back handed way of the FA making sure West Ham get their ?5m quid back. If the FA are the problem, why dont West Ham sell Tevez to a 3rd party outside the league and then bring him back in again?

Trevor Brooking is heading the investigation ::::::lol::::::

There is nothing at all in that article that suggests anything has changed!

Yossi, if it is shown that the agreement regarding Teevzs ownership had not been destroted/cancelled do you thibnk it is right that West Ham should have a point deduction ?

Yossi you are a decent poster on here unlike some

but

Surely you must be embarrassed and ashamed at what has gone on in and around your club.

MSI have always owned Tevez's economic rights. And still do. Which isn't against PL rules.

All WHU did is rip up the clause that 'could' have allowed MSI to exert influence over WHU and/or Tevez.

Even if they haven't done this (which i'm 99.99%) sure they have (at least in their eyes anyway), then do I think we deserve a points deduction?

Still unsure. Probably yes. Then again, we could easily have had one already. It's not straightforward is it, because no where in the rules does it state what a suitable punishment for breaking rule U18 should be.

If we had of been deducted points, I wouldn't have grumbled, put it that way. Though, how many points is another matter.

What do you think Sheff Utd would have said if the independent commission had deducted WHU 2 points?

depends when they chose to deduct them

edit: just realised it says independent commission, but you get my drift

Absofcukinglutely.

What WHUFC did was against the rules and they knew it. It was all done by that red ginger Brown and his dodgy criminal (allegedly) yes man, Aldridge.

The only good thing is that both of them are gone, and gone for good.

I only hope that behind closed doors, Magnusson and his legal team are putting together a decent case against T Brown.
