Wonder if someone could help us, I have just moved back to the area with my girlfriend and I am hoping to get into watching the Wanderers this season, starting with the friendly against Espanyol on Wednesday.

 

Could someone tell me how I go about getting tickets? Do I need to go over to the reebok in advance and buy them, or can I just pay at the turnstile?

 

Is this likely to be a well attended game? How likely am I to get in if I just turn up?

You'd hope that you could just turn up and pay on the gate, as there will be about 4,000 on if you are lucky.

 

HOWEVER, previous bitter experience has taught me that BWFC are more that capable of fecking up bigstyle even with small crowds like this. That's the only good reason I can find for not going. That and the fact they insist on making it ?12 when you just know the miserable coont on the turnstyle will pull his face when you give him a ?20 as he hasn't got any change.

I'm going regardless.

I went to the milan friendly and had to queue up for ages even though the ground was empty and I took along my son who was 6months old at the time and they charged me full whack for him as they said fire regulations he neede a seat even though he was on my knee so for me, never again

have to say the only reason I am bothering is it will be the first night game for my 7 year old daughter, and it's free for her!

That's a disgrace... a 6month baby should get in free.

 

I used to get taken to Queen of the South games and to watch Scotland and got lifted over the turnstyles and passed down to the front until I was about 7 or 8.

NB,that is a top draw idea for kids is that!Me and a mate used to do the exact same when there used to be Stock Car Racing on at The old Greyhound track!Kept me occupied for months did that!

I'm one of them saddos that quite likes the odd friendly match but couldn't make it tonight...any chance of a report from someone who went; particularly on the individual performances? Pretty please.

 

Nice to hear Vaz scored a couple - could stop the ESL moaners whinging at him before he's even touched the ball, either way, is this finally his breakthrough into a consistent performer or yet another false dawn?

 

Either way I do think it's a case of now (this season) or never...
