trotter58 Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Pretty impressive record with Croatia. Suprised that no-one has offered him a job in England considering the number of vacancies in the Prem already this season. Thought his interview after last night's game was class. He said that it didn't matter what team England picked, or what system they played, Croatia would still have won because they were a much better team! Cheeky b*****d!
Doctor Tongue Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 He was right though. Bilic for England??? - Would have to lose the earing though
trotter58 Posted November 22, 2007 Author Posted November 22, 2007 He was right though. I agree. He's a very good manager. Can't believe he hasn't been offered a job in the Prem. He played in England and he must be earning f**k all managing Croatia!
Yossi Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Quality player, intelligent guy, appears to have the makings of an excellent manager.
JumboMkd Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 He's an idiot. He's the best coach in the world after Croatia wins, but his real side was shown after we defeated them. He was blaming the bad pitch (like it was good for our boys and it was bad only for them). He thanked for the hospitality here but after they went back home and after their medias made pressure because of the defeat, he blamed us for the hostile atmosphere. He even said that he'll never again buy the Macedonian watermelons You don't need him. You'll see his real side on the EURO when Croatia starts losing
trotter58 Posted November 22, 2007 Author Posted November 22, 2007 He's an idiot. He's the best coach in the world after Croatia wins I'm talking about his record over the whole qualifying campaign, not just one meaningless game against Mace-f**king-donuts.
jules_darby Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Looks like he should be selling tomatoes on t'market. Great celebrations when they scored though.

Can I get it at my newsagents?

mickbrown Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 (edited) Isn't he the shithouse who got Lauren Blanc sent off in the world cup semi? Edited November 22, 2007 by mickbrown
Horwich Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Do you remember when all the Bolton fans used to say we should sign "player x" just because he always does well against us?

trotter58 Posted November 22, 2007 Author Posted November 22, 2007 Croatia's success in the campaign was based on bad form and performances by their opponents + some lucky goals ...and not forgetting that the year ends in seven.
Whites man Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Do you remember when all the Bolton fans used to say we should sign "player x" just because he always does well against us? John McGinley

Yossi Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 Gets paid ?55k a year. We could offer him quadruple that and still save millions a year!
