even with my phone volume set at it's lowest, people in the building next door could hear "here we go"

Wish they'd at least change the song. Coupled with the ridiculous volume it's given everyone in my office plenty of opportunity for merciless p!sstaking.

the chap in the TO suggested i should try the online

 

gave a full and frank opinion of the first system but says he'll buy me two sausage and bacon butties if it doesn't work for me now

 

well, he didn't but its the least i'll be after

I always use the online system and have had very few problems

i wanted 3 tickets using 2 season tickets and 2 of those tickets not in usual seats.

 

 

it confused the bloke in the office let alone the on line system.

 

i do not blame the ticket office staff just aint enough of them.

use the kiosk in the jd sports shop in town

the bird behind the counter is quite stunning

I got through eventually, started calling at 10.30, hung up after 25 mins and tried again at 11.45. 27 mins later i got through. I politely asked the young girl how many people were answering the phones, as the long wait would defo put some people off. I was told that she wasn't allowed to say.
