Sunderland's next 3 games are Everton H, Chelsea H and Villa A so can see them getting 0pts from that quite easily. Brum's run of Wigan A, Everton H, Villa A and Liverpool H will decide their season.

Doesn't really matter who teams play at the end of the season. Teams at the bottom (with the exception of Derby) can be just as difficult to get results against as those at the top.
