English por favor!

I don't think the clubs chasing him would've been impressed after saturdays performance

Add to that all his bookings for dissent.

As soon as he gets booked he is a time bomb waiting to explode.

You end up having to sacrifice him (eg Wigan)

I think he's great, but he needs to grow up.

Imagine the intimidation from Championship centre halfs he would get ?

Having said that if he did stay, he is the sort of player that gets you promoted.

El Hadji Diouf has claimed that he will quit Bolton this summer, if they stay up or not.

The Trotters are embroiled in a desperate battle to beat the drop and are currently four points off safety.

However, the Senegal star has revealed that he has no plans to remain at The Reebok Stadium - even though he has more than a year left on his current contract.

Departure

"If Bolton stay in the top division or not, I will not stay next year for sure," Diouf told L'Observateur.

"Teams are interested in me; an agreement between three parties is the only thing missing and I will leave in peace.

"Whether Bolton remain in the league or not, it is my last year. But it does not prevent me from respecting and admiring Bolton."

Diouf claims up to five clubs are interested in signing him and although he wants to remain in England, the former Liverpool ace also says he could switch to Spain or Italy.

"For the moment, four or five clubs are very interested. They come to see me every weekend. I do not want to reveal their identity, I prefer to make a surprise of it," he continued.

"My priority is to stay in England. But Spanish and Italian clubs are following me.

"For the moment, I am concentrating on trying to do everything to prevent Bolton from being relegated.

"We are trying to get out of the relegation zone as quickly as possible."

The senile old git has a point.

I wish he'd tell me what day is his last as I'll fill my DeLorean up with fuel and put up the butties for the drive down there.

We'll be lucky to get more than ?2m.

behave ya self

Explain why you think I'm wrong.

because he is a decent creative footballer, 6 assists in a team thats struggling and only scored 30 goals aint bad.

and play him up front rather than out wide, i think he would be good for 10 goals too.

while he has under performed this season, he would be a great addition to most midtable clubs in the league.

yes, maybe he's a bit of a red ginger, but i think thats mostly behind him.

if we sell for 2m i will be disgusted with the club, 4m guarenteed, like most other bwfc sales

he is in the last year of his contract, but at about 26 should be in his peak and in the right team he would be a very useful player, I suspect we will get the 4 million back we paid for him.

Agree. Apparently Valencia, Spurs and Villa have shown an interest and a bit of competition can only be good for us.

Thanks Diouffy, with all this good news flowing about the club I sure this interview will galvanise the team spirit and give us all a much needed lift.

I have long given this person the benefit of the doubt for being a complete arse based on his playing ability. Its one of those situations where out of adversity a persons true character comes out.

Cheers pal, shut the door on your way out. :good:

Are you on glue?

correct, diouf is in it for diouf, oh for the commitment of players like frandsen and bergson.

Good riddance. If he dont want to stay cash in.

Hardly ripped up trees.

Get rid. use the wages to sign Raisak !!!!!!! HA HA

he can fcuk off.

he goes missing in every other game, he is always on the edge of getting in trouble with refs.

he misses 3-4 games a season suspended.

games for the sandwog cup.

he could go somewhere and be brilliant but he is a long way of being a top drawer player.

having said that the fact i do not undertsand why he gets subbed every game
