April 5, 200818 yr Well done Too late to spend your money next season when you cannot attract any good players.
April 5, 200818 yr People said the Arsenal defeat was the final nail in the coffin, today we're well and truely buried. It will take something extra special to get out of this and we're not capable of it. See you at Blackpool next year.
April 5, 200818 yr yeah, i think you boys are down now, which is a same when the likes of wigan stay up. you'll be back im sure, and it isnt over yet. looking from the outside, your chairman wants shooting for the last 18 months
April 5, 200818 yr Last week after the Arsenal game; Hunt and Samuel were in Manchester at some Casino, with Tevez, someone from Massive and Dunn and Co from Jackburn. I know players, like anyone else are entitled to a social life and it's good that some of their millions goes back into the economy, but it would be nice if they'd show a little consideration considering what had happened a little earlier. Presumably the whole team will be out on the lash tonight. Doubt if I will spend my 'disposable income' on these gutless pr1cks next year. At least I don't feel depressed anymore- got what I expected, and it's bringing the inevitable closer; then the Summer can start
April 5, 200818 yr looking from the outside, your chairman wants shooting for the last 18 months Nearly took geordies down too!!
April 5, 200818 yr Just looking at next years fixtures and there are some cracking aways to be had: QPR Cardiff Ipswich Blackpool Preston Burnely
April 5, 200818 yr Fell out with Allardyce- the rest is history get ya! you would do well to get sam back in my opinion, certain people at certain clubs just tend to work, and i think he is yours. i reckon he would walk back as well, especially with the less pressure if you are in the championship and freddys backing.
April 5, 200818 yr Beginning to warm to the idea of Freddie/BSA (or maybe it's the drink!!) A certain ex Leeds chaiman has transformed Cardiff after the exploits of Sam Hammam, so maybe people can come good (Megson excluded)
April 5, 200818 yr looking from the outside, your chairman wants shooting for the last 18 months Its been the last 2 years Most of the mistakes have been off the pitch, a lack of action to put things right He has cost us big time, I hope a new face will sort the issues out
April 6, 200818 yr possibly Carlisle as well, I've never been there Oh aye. One to excite the senses is that. Fooking freezing at the best of times. Pitch full of sheep sh1t. Allardyce and Freddy sounding more and more like a new dawn. Hope it happens. Edited April 6, 200818 yr by bolty58
April 7, 200818 yr Aye - we're down now - no question. I'm already looking forward to the away games next season....some blinders in there I hope the club sack Megson, I hope Gartside does the decent thing & f?cks off too......as if those two are still about come next August, then we won't have a chance of going back up. Meggers is awful and fat Phil was just lucky to have got BSA in back all those years ago (he's done a great job at reducing the debt too!) And I hope the board use their common-sense with regards to pricing...we've already lost a good 5k in no time....but with cheap ST's and some tasty local derbies we could have a good atmosphere for once next year
April 7, 200818 yr Carlisle...................yep that would add to my list! I'm convinced we played Carlisle in a pre-season friendly a few years ago. I remember being in a rough as fook pub beforehand. It'd probably be about 15 years ago? Can anyone confirm if that happened? (the game not the rough pub)

Can anyone confirm if that happened? (the game not the rough pub) Twas 1996, the Bignosed Serbian Judas's last game in a white shirt, Reevsie was one of their subs. We lost 1-0 and I predicted we'd be relegated. 98 points later...

April 7, 200818 yr Well done Too late to spend your money next season when you cannot attract any good players. At the time of the window opening and then shutting the club seemed to think that if they couldn't get the "right" player in then they would wait until the end of the season....Roll on a few months and how bad an idea was that? For all the grief being put Megson's direction I think its above his head where a lot of our problems lie.
April 7, 200818 yr By the way that doesn't include ED, as the fella has done a damm sight more than many "fans" seem to give him credit for Edited April 7, 200818 yr by jimmyjoojar
April 7, 200818 yr By the way that doesn't include ED, as the fella has done a damm sight more than many "fans" seem to give him credit for such as Stand back and watch the club self destruct in a matter of months? Edited April 7, 200818 yr by BeeDee
April 7, 200818 yr such as Stand back and watch the club self destruct in a matter of months? what should he do? he is owner and not Chairman
April 7, 200818 yr what should he do? he is owner and not Chairman If you had millions tied up in a business, and it was clear that the person you had entrusted to manage said business, was making some very questionable decisions, would you not have something to say about that? I'm not saying ED has done anything wrong/right I simply dont know.
April 7, 200818 yr what should he do? he is owner and not Chairman How about saying, "Hey Phil, the team appear to be struggling and not scoring goals. Here's a few million quid, tell that red haired gary neville to spend a few million on a striker to replace the Elk."
Well done
