Bobcat Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 (edited) Gutless performance... I'd play the greek over him anyday... doesn't want to be here at all... when we need players to stand to the mark...he is missing.. and although a fantastic win yesterday...and i do hope we can still do it.. but we are crap. Burndens Bogs Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 Been saying the same for weeks now - GET THE GREEK PLAYING FFS, at least he makes things happen.
Bobcat Posted April 13, 2008 Author Posted April 13, 2008 Been saying the same for weeks now - GET THE GREEK PLAYING FFS, at least he makes things happen. I appreciate he isn't the best (just for you Cas)...but he again puts in 100% about 90% more than Diouf.. I'm honestly beginning to think that Stelios has been caught scuttling Megson's daughter... maybe now with Davies out he may get a go.
Burndens Bogs Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 (edited) maybe now with Davies out he may get a go. That would be the best option, but the ginge will probably just put Raziak in for Davies - and keep Stelios on the bench Edited April 13, 2008 by Burndens Bogs
Andybwfc Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 That would be the best option, but the ginge will probably just put Raziak in for Davies - and keep Stelios on the bench I think he will play Diouf up front on his own and the little bald Greek fella will play midfield! I see Andrew Cole bagged for Burnley yesterday! Ex Scum but he would have been a better feckin' option than Raziak!
Burndens Bogs Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 I think he will play Diouf up front on his own and the little bald Greek fella will play midfield! Thats the way most people would do it - but the "people who understand football" probably won't
jayjayoghani Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 He says he'll leave Bolton in the summer whichever division we're in. Then fans sing his name. Sometimes I wonder how many windowlickers follow BWFC.

He wasn't that bad yesterday, but I agree with the rest of it.
Bobcat Posted April 13, 2008 Author Posted April 13, 2008 it is documented in one of the papers today he turned up at training last week in a brand new lambourghini.... and bore the rath of other players.......
Mounts Kipper Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 surely helguson will be in for Davies, regarding diouf last week at Villa he was embarrasing, thought he did better yesterday but for me there is not a lot of differnce ability wise between diouf and stelios, but stelios has 10 times more bottle, character and spirit than diouf.
Sweep Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 stelios has 10 times more bottle, character and spirit than diouf. Absolutely agree with that comment. I would much rather Stelios was in the team at the minute, but for whatever reason Megson doesn't seem to rate him enough to give him a go
Underpants Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 it is documented in one of the papers today he turned up at training last week in a brand new lambourghini.... and bore the rath of other players....... Why? Do the other players turn up for training in second hand Vauxhall Astras?
Bobcat Posted April 13, 2008 Author Posted April 13, 2008 Why? Do the other players turn up for training in second hand Vauxhall Astras? i think it was alluding to more a case of some players are facing the prospect of playing the likes of Blackpool, Burnley and Co.... and Diouf swaggers in with a brand new Lambourghini....completely oblivious or couldn't give a flying about the message it sent out...
Electric Gretar Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 Why? Do the other players turn up for training in second hand Vauxhall Astras? Think Rasiak drives a robin reliant
shewan Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 Thought diouf was okay yesterday, he whipped in some decent crosses that no-one seemed to get the end of ! Also if he does leave its because of Megon's shocking attitude and tactics which will drive him out. He has stated his love for the fans and is no doubt grateful for what this club has given him. Then to show his appreciation he came over to the fans after the final whistle and threw in his shirt. nice gesture
athywhite1958 Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 A neighbour of mine has just been talking about 'Spit', he reckons that 'a mate of his who is close to somebody at the club' said that 'Spit' was scrapping in the tunnel with a team mate after the final whistle. Anybody hear anything of the like going on?
HomerJay Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 i for one have no issue with diouf. he is talented player who gives us something different.
momomo Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 You wouldnt have made the comment, if the stupid offside decision, wasn't.
Casino Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 diouf is a tw?t he's always been a tw?t he's got more talent in his big toe than stelios has in his body that sums it up for me
Natasha Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 Don't get me started on Diouf. Oh, you just did. Rarely has there been a bigger waste of space than Diouf at BWFC. He cares nothing for this club and worst of all, is actually a sh*t player. He rarely scores, he rarely creates (despite having a lot of the ball) and still some idiot fans sing his name. If one good thing comes from relegation it will be getting rid of this idiot.
Sweep Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 Diouf will always fall into the "wasted talent" bracket as far as I am concerned. He undoubtedly has the skill, he just doesn't apply it

We have nobody who can run at defenders and keep hold of the ball in the final third like he can. I agree about his attitude though, stinks
Guest as Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 What's he on.....?20-30k a week....and recently he's barely broke sweat. I like him as a player...but to go public with the 'I'm leaving Bolton whatever happens' p?ssed me off. He'd better perform now KD is suspended....coz there's now way Rasiak (slowest footballer on the planet) will find the onion bag.
