enzo gambaro
At this stage I?m tempted to take a chance on Washington You can kiss goodbye to the 84 after yesterday's result. They're in to 26 now.
Traf
Atlanta received 7pts, but lost by 15! (0-1)Cincinnatti gave 3.5 pts, but lost by 8! (0-2) Houston received 7 and only lost by 3 in overtime. (1-2) Kansas received 9 and then won by 14! (2-2) New Orleans gave 6pts , but won by 14! (3-2) Arizona gave the jets 3 pts and then lost by 21! (3-3) Green bay received 1.5, but lost by 9 (3-4) Minnesota received 3, but lost by 13. (3-5) 3 from 8 is pretty poor. Oakland received 7, but lost by 10. St Louis received 8, but lost by 17. Washington received 12 and won by 2. 4 from 11 this week. That's really shit. enzo gambaro
After a couple of Monday Night Football bonanzas in the last two weeks, tonight?s game is being billed as an altogether more staid affair as the NFL?s leading defenses go head-to-head in Pittsburgh. Visitors Baltimore are the league?s leading rushers but are ranked 31 of 32 as a passing offense, while the Steelers are the second best D in the league against the running game, but their offense has only put up a total of 16 points from their last two outings. Everything appears to point to a low-scoring affair, with the 2.02 about Under 33.5pts looking like a licence to print money. However, if Pittsburgh can get their offense back on song, they could leave the one-dimensional Ravens trailing, and that looks to be where the value is. The Steelers are decent both on the ground and in the air when they are on their game, and they?ll at least make the mean Ravens defense think before bringing the rush. Ben Roethlisberger has the arm and good pass options in Santonio Holmes, Heath Miller and the brilliant Hines Ward, and he may just have too much for a Baltimore side whose scalps this season are hardly noteworthy, though he?ll need better protection from an offensive line that has given up thirteen sacks already this season. Home advantage is a big thing for the Steelers, who lost five games on the road last term, with only Jacksonville winning in Pittsburgh. Willie Parker?s absence from the running back slot needn?t be a huge hindrance, and I take the Steelers to win by over 11.5pts at 3.15, with a side bet on Baltimore to post under 14.5pts at 1.95. The game itself could be worth watching just for the match-up between Baltimore linebacker Bart Scott and Pittsburgh wide-out Hines Ward. Last time the two met Scott suffered the ignominy of being knocked out cold by the receiver, and has vowed to take revenge ever since. The only snag is, if Steelers win by 12 or more, there's a very good chance there'll be over 33 points in the game.

I said it looked like a licence to print money, not that it was. My tip obviously suggested I thought otherwise, though as it turned out I was talking out of my arse on all counts! Looked good with about four minutes to play, though...

Traf
jags -4.5 ton on pray It'll be tight at -4.5, I reckon. You should have gone with just -2.5 if possible or played it safe with a straight money line bet.

I think he stayed up late to watch the NFL late game. He had a few beers or something, too. The team he put ?200 on, lost. Beer + Gambling + posting on an internet forum = a poor mixture. He was very wrong, wasn't he? As was I and all the bookies handicappers too! Giants lost 35-14 on the night: 35-6.5 on the handicap! Worst result of the weekend. 7 out of 13 regular bets this weekend: 13pts staked, 13.37pts returned Plus Main bet won: 5pts returned 9.55pts. enzo gambaro
I don't know what handicaps all the firms were offering on the San Diego-New Orleans game, but I wonder if there were any punters throwing their telly out of the window after Drew Brees' last play at Wembley? It might have been clever, but I'd have been going ballistic if it had cost me the spread!
