Apart from pain killers, i think you will have to book an appointment with your doctor.

The only thing i know of to solve this is physiotherapy,it may take more than one session as well.

Good luck!

Osteopath, IMO.

Physio doesn't really "get to it"

Osteopaths usually do.

Mine is a miracle worker.

A better way of curing this is to visit a Bowen Practitioner. It is one of them there holistic/alternative therapies but works. They work on getting the whole body in equilibrium thus getting rid of the aches and pains.

You need to release the pain.

Throw yourself out of a first floor window, land on your back, and spend a few days sleeping on the floor. Get your Doris to walk up and down it wearing clogs, and do that choppy choppy thing with her hands every hour or so. Getting her to suck the badness out is also an decent option.

Suppliment it with lots of vodka and a couple of paracetamol.

I have a hunch you should go to the doctor.

Don't start taking the piss. He'll get the hump.

That made me laugh, a lot

I had a similar thing a few years ago after lifting the Mrs suitcase off the conveyer belt, thankfully I was on holiday so I drank Jack Daniels constantly, which probably isn't acceptable in the workplace these days

So, when I got back, I went to see the doctor, he gave me this Ibuprofen gel that you rub on the affected area, it was gone in no time and it's never bothered me since

So, go and see your doctor and stop being a puff

Shove things up your bottom until you hit the male g-spot and you shoot your bolt. At this point, your back will go straight. All you have to do is maintain this pose.

Is that the voice of experience (Shoving thing up your BOTTOM)

If it is anything like I get from time to time all you need to do is simply pop into a chemist and buy yourself a packet of Ibuprofen (extra strong) - about ?5 for a packet of 48.

Take a tablet three times a day and it sorts it out within a day or two.

Basically you have trapped a nerve and the muscles in your back are so strong that they keep it trapped. Ibuprofen simply relaxes your muscles somewhat and allows your back to slip back into its proper position and thus releasing the nerve in the process.

That's ok FB.

That was what the doctor told me to do about a dozen or so years back and it always seems to do the trick for me.

However, if you don't feel any different after a few days though, then I would see your own GP and get it seen to properly.

Now, I know you seem to think that you know everything about everything but giving out medical advice!!! I'm sorry but that is just plain dangerous. Think about it.

it's only ibruprofen and if it helps his back pain it may help Fb's. he did say if it doesn't help go see your GP.

Not in the post I quoted. Plus the visit your doctor advice has already been given more than once.

"only Ibroprofen" is it? I'm allergic to it, and that's before the fact I've also got asthma. You don't know what other medication FB is on or his medical history and neither does Doctor Sluffy. As I've already said - think about it.
