You're very wrong. I can guarantee you, if I was innocent, I'd clear my name and wouldn't even entertain the idea of paying out. All you're achieving by doing that is inviting more false claims, and admitting that you didn't want it to go to court because you'd probably get convicted.

Now I don't give a toss either way, but weren't there two seprate cases against him? - the first one involving Jordy (or whatever he was called) was settled out of court, and he lumped out $22M for the privilage. The second time, he went to court and was cleared of all charges. So you're both kind of right.

 

For what it's worth, I think he was a very sick man (in the mental sense of the word) and he probably did do inappropriate things, such as let them share his bed etc, as to if he was a filthy bummer or not, I don't know, or care really.

 

Wether he was found guilty or not, ask yourself this question, would you let him babysit your child, or let him change their nappy?
