Taken From The Wolf

Have I missed something here? We finished as champions, well clear of Birmingham even further of Burnley, both are showing us up big time, not only in quality but in fight and spirit.

Mick has spent in excess of ?35million in three years. We have spent ?15/18million this year on crap, yet people want to give this guy MORE in january?

Nobody expected us to walk ANY game, but we arent even competing, we were rolled over by west ham at home, offered NOTHING against portsmouth, resued by a set peice against a DREADFUL Hull and the shower we witnessed on sunday was the worst of the lot, and we are being told to be proud!?

we look completely clueless and are not even competing against some of the poorest premier league teams there have ever been, NO idea where this 'playing good football' comes from, because the stuff ive been watching has been utter garbage.

The manager doesnt know his best team, doesnt even know which players are right or left footed, he shortens the pitch crippling the only game plan hes ever had in three years and in turn our only chance of imposing ourselves on the shite we have lost points to at home.

This is all apart of the plan is it? because not only does it have flaws galore, it was not the plan sold to me and thousands of others when we were being asked yet again to put up our cash for a season ticket. Dont give me the 'you dont HAVE to buy one' cop out either.

Can not believe the mentality of some fans, acceptance of complete bollocks, and thats what we are witnessing and all this for ?35million plus!? Oh, well give mick some credit, at least we will make a profit on ebanks and kightly when we go down

At least it's not just us then!

What should a club with about 25,000 fans be achieving?

Champions League final YOY, minimum

Just been speaking to a stoke season ticket holder and he is pissed off with the negative atmosphere at Stoke says the team have been booed off at half time a couple of times and there is regularly anti Pulis sentiment from the terraces.......... they are lorded as brilliant fans - that and Micky D's point re Wolves just proves again that it's not a Bolton disease and the propaganda spouted in the press and by certain BWFC members of staff to the contrary, is self justifying bollocks.

Pulis, McCarthy & Megson: OUT, OUT, OUT!

Just think how bad saturdays game might be...........................

To be fair we had some fairly decent attendances until the novelty wore out. Stoke and Wolves fans are relative new comers to the Prem so are still excited.

I agree with jolly-Olly. The novelty of playing big teams wore off a long time ago. Hence the cups don't mean the same any more. Cup draws against any of the big 5 or 6 clubs used to fill the ground; alas no more because we already see these games week in, week out.

but at least their fans turn up and fill the ground....

mate of mine who is a wolves fans, is saying that it's their first home game since March that they've not sold tomorrow. Sign of the times or is it no one can be arsed about 'liitle ol' Bolton' ?

Wolves aren't newcomers to the Championship but average more than us there.

Wolves were getting 20k in the Championship though weren't they?

Although I remember seeing us win there in the 4th in front of about 4k.

We didn't win at Wolves in the 4th. If I remember rightly we got tanked 4-0. Bully scored a hat trick I think.
