Drum Wankers

Have they acquired another member of their "band"?

Everyone is a CHEAT, anyone who's injured. It's fucking embarrassing. We can't complain when Arsenal jeered Mark Davies if were are accusing everyone who required treatment of cheating. Give it up kids.

I agree totally. But like it or not they do get folk involved when otherwise they would be just sat on their arses eating crisps. As fans we should be able to create an atmosphere without having to depend on folk hitting pig skins.

What we need is a song thread.

They're kids for fucks sake.

They spoil any chance of the atmosphere building up.

Time to go.

Drumming up the "cheat" chant when a bloke is lying injured is a fookin' discgrace imo.

Yep, the time is up, time to move on. Its pathetic really

Don't make me laugh. The drums aren't at it none stop for 90mins. Not a alot seems to come from us lot inbetween the bang bang bang bang bang cheat!! Lets face it we as Bolton fans have got to look at ourselves rather than trying to put the blame on a bunch of 4 or 5 kids hitting drums.

But yes the drums must go.

I agree, but they do dictate the chants. ie, after disallowed goal there was a referee, your a wanker chant which was quickly turned into dum dum dum dum cheat. Shite.

I don't think the drums add anything to the atmosphere or the game as a whole.

Piped sounds of chants through the stadium sound system is the best way forward. Play the first line and then let the fans do the rest, a bit like when Arsenal announce the team

The cheat chant , reminds me of gladiators, its friggin cringing

Get rid of the drummers, get 2 wingers on the pitch with pace get the ball to them early get 2 centre forwards on the pitch, whip the ball in from wide and the atmosphere will look after itself. The fear football we have played for the last 3-4 years is the problem.

I dont often agree with much Mounts says but that was 100% spot on.

Bring back the flag runners ha ha ha

I think the atmosphere is struggling because we only seem to know a couple of songs/chants these days and it gets boring after a while, with that in mind what songs do you miss from years gone by that haven't been sung frequently at home for years but could still be sung?? Maybe it'll jog a few people's minds on here and start to build up a bit on atmosphere at home if we can get a few of the old classics back.

What like we don't carry hatchets we don't carry lead :rolleyes2:

 eyes right, 4skins tight

i sat right next to them drummers the other week, it was shocking. how anyone can sit there week in week out and not want to twot `em one is beyond me. dum da dum dum, dum da dum dum dum, dum da dum dum dum, ARRRGGHHHHHHHHHH

Who's that coming up the hill boys?

The Wanderers are coming up the hill boys!

Ring out round Burnden on all 4 corners of the ground was brilliant........oh when the whites go marching in, sadly even Fulham sing it, all 300 of em. <_>

What we need is the addition of a couple of different instruments, like a triangle, a wobble board or stylaphone, this would make the atmosphere a bit more electric

Agree, with all the above posts would people be more satisfied though if when using the drums instead of the cheat chant that has been doing my nut in for quite some time now if the drummers actually learnt some new songs instead of the same old?

Keep the drummers but get them back under the big screen. Didnt see the point off moving them in the first place. Dont fix it if it aint broken...
