Jones goals record is far superior to Elmander. The swede is much improved and is playing well but if given the option tomorrow I would pick Jones.

Jones has scored 9, 10 and 7 in the last three Premier League seasons so he's not exactly prolific, even if he has scored more than Elmo.

 

I don't think Etherington and Shawcross are necessarily better than what we've got (though I'm yet to be convinced by Petrov, and Chungy can be indifferent and effective in equal measure), but I'd not be in a rush to swap them for what we've got if I was a Stoke fan.

Petrov has been here two minutes so cant really judge him yet. Chungy was better than Etherington last season without doubt for me.
