if true, i dont think its a bad thing. :pardon:

if true, not arsed see what we can get for him.

He's not really set the stadium alight with his mostly cameo roles. Great goal against spurs to take the pressure off but very little else of the expectation we had has come to fruition.

Zico will be in tears

Wasnt he the same at City though flashes of talent but generally frustrating as fook, knowing capable of so much more

all my City supporting mates love him and reckon he's the dogs!.. one of the most disappointing signings ever for me. i wanted to kneecap him myself at West Brom!

You can't just say that without evidence or sourcing your information.

If it's your opinion then you should state that. If untrue statements like this cause unrest when not needed.

Petrov can't complain.

He started the season in ownership of the shirt and apart from the odd spark of magic here and there, he has been a disappointment

Matt Taylor has come back in and done the up-and-down job that is needed.

My contact predicts that the frustrated Petrov is ready to throw the toys big style if his transfer request is refused.

EDIT: Happy - very reliable source, no bullsh*t here. Zico - I am told that is when Gartside and Petrov's agent are available for a meeting

It allows two days for people to abuse him on the websites.

if true, and I'm not sure it is, it's dissapointing as he should've shown the same determination to get back in the squad as Taylor showed himself

the request is dissapointing

but so is the fact Taylor hasn't been replaced for being a bit cack like Petrov was

unless it's been for his off the field behind the scenes moods or effort or something

he'd do well to get himself a transfer this jan though

PS are we having an ITK or FACT thread for the suggestion of Cahill's transfer request?

JAL

Throw him in as part of the Wheater deal. ?1.5m + Petrov.

I think it should be ITK FACT not ITK or FACT

ITK FACT!! With Piri Piri on top

If he gets all the time in the world with the ball on his left and within shooting distance and doesn't have to beat a man then he will usually always test the keeper other than that he has been shite ITK. Moreno lcy Taylor will all get in the side before him and if vela comes I imagine he would be above him as well. If we can get shut bring in a replacement or make a profit then happy days

It's 12th January, well into the transfer window, we have a threadbare fit squad, no-one has come in yet, and we're talking about TWO experienced players leaving ?

WTF

aye

if it was as easy as 1 in 1 out fair enough

but it's not

and I wouldn't like to think we have no back up on the left for the rest of season

till he actually puts in a request, all official, then I'll reserve judgement on him as a cunt and suggest we're better off with him in the squad than out as we ain't getting anyone better in this window regardless of if he leaves or not

he had a good game at Villa remember, and Blackpool, scored 3 goals, few asssits and seemed to get the best out of taylor initally (i.e. pressure from the bench making Taylor perform)

he may have a strop here and there but it's hardly sufficient to run him out of town like most on here seem to want to

unless he puts a request in that is

and even then

can't see it coming to owt, other than leaving us weaker

then he'd be a cunt

Last Saturday, he made a Conference right back seem like a world beater. And his crossing and dead balls are a huge disappointment. We all knew that he couldn't tackle before he came.

Only thing I can say in his defence is that he needs the ball at his feet in the last third and I don't think that we have given him much. He needs the sort of service Per Frandsen gave Michael Johansen.

Provided he's replaced, then I'm not too arsed. I'm sure he is on a bumper wage (having come on a free), so if we can get a transfer fee (?1M?) and replace him with a lower cost bench warmer (which is waht he currently is), then I would be happy enough. To sell him without a replacement lined up would be madness though

Same source that told you Jussi was leaving?

Just because we haven't heard anything doesn't mean nothings happening.

I don't remember any of the other previous managers coming on Wanderersways to discuss their plans for who to sell, who to buy and ask what we all thought about certain players. I'm pretty sure OC isn't going to be the first.

Just have faith in Coyle, he will come good.

i'd prefer him to ask for a move rather than sit and sulk on a hefty 3 year deal

I wouldn't be surprised if this was true to be honest but he stated he wanted to stay in the area when he left City, he'll be on a fair old wage and he's part of a good side doing well and has never looked that sulky in and around a match day to me always celebrates goals etc etc - i guess the deciding factor is to be playing every week which if it's the reason he wants to leave it makes a refreshing change from most footballers

It would be bad in the sense that it would cause unrest and it's a time we should be looking to strengthen

As a player though if we got money for him and had a replacement lined up then no worries he's been ok mostly as an impact player from the bench for me so no great worries if the cash helped fund the purchase of moreno I'd be in defo.
