Massive game, another 2-1 win, getting nervy, 1-0 down despite playing well and creating chances. Keeper looking unbeatable when one gets hit into the ground and bounces over him! Scenes when the ball fell to Forbesy unmarked 2 yards out. 6 cup finals to go...

Next Six Matches:

Date Opponent K.O.

10/04/17 Winsford United (H) 19:45

15/04/17 1874 Northwich (A) 15:00

22/04/17 Winsford United (A) 15:00

24/04/17 Abbey Hey (H) 19:45

3 generations of Stockport getting off here

They're going to Gainsborough

So when we think it's bad, just think on

Had a good chat with a Stockport fan on the train back last night. Incredible to think they often used to beat us and how low they've fallen.

Ended up going to Athy LR last minute on Saturday to try and get over missing Scunthorpe away (it didn't work). Anyway they're a weird lot. About 8 of them behind the goal giving it can we play you every week and cock of the north with "we hate Athy colls" probably a good job they've lost all season, they might come unstuck if they were higher up the league's and giving it the bigun. Nice little ground although the pitch was a challenge to colne as most ridiculous this season. Their manager came on Facebook as well saying how great they'd been. Felt a bit like what a 10 year old would do.

Weirdos. They seem to believe it will come good for them again, based on nothing at all, even when they are claiming to have taken 3K over the bar on a game with 50 on.

Be surprised if they got 300 over the bar Saturday. Fair play to them going whilst they're crap just thought they lacked a bit of class. They've got a half decent striker though be interesting to see where he goes.

This is the conversation we had, in this league, anyone who is any good will move up to play at a bigger or better club or move for the money (3 bob and a Kitkat).

According to the article (they put out), it's a friendlier place to visit than Colls!?! Ruffled a few feathers...

I've only been to colls for the bolton match so it's too compare. Was impressed by colls that day though. Prestwich have got a couple of lads who should be higher up. Chris Baguely could play northern prem. He seems to be staying to play with his two brothers and his mates. Seems a good team spirit there. I've no doubt though if northern prem teams came in people would leave and I wouldn't blame em

It was a bloody hard game, not pretty but the job was done, they are a big physical side and can play a bit too, we have to go to their place yet, onwards and upwards Northwich 1874 on Saturday which again will be very difficult. UptheColls
