Just a thought, but Algeria and Palestine are a little more hardline than the likes of Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco which all have a larger degree of Western influence due to their tourism markets.

Indeed in these times of massive funding shortages he should be prepared to 'black up' in order to keep his job.
