That's your best post ever, sadly as we all know Boltonians are quick to jump on the bandwagon, but even quicker to jump off when things go wrong, then whinge and whine about the club for ever and a d

Have you actually ever played in goal ?   It is without doubt, the hardest position on the pitch.   Look at Arsenal for example, how long have they struggled to find a really good goalie? Years.

Huge attendance by our standards is that the biggest since?

A perfect day, great weather, the Reebok resplendent, how good does it look full  A thumping last minute winner, all is right with the world.

Great result. So pleased for our Tamir, lovely celebration to his Dad. Though Zat Knight was BRILLIANT today, he had a great game, as did Cahill.

SKD was back to his best in first half, poor second half though.

COYW, buzzing at the minute. Point on Wednesday night and spank the Dingles into the Championship on Saturday!

For me Davies was great for the whole game, worked so hard in the 2nd half

Defence was great, Robbo had Walcott in his pocket after the first 10 mins.

Cahill and Knight great.

Lee worked so hard too

Fantastic performance, looked solid in defence and midfield, well done to tamir your dad will be so proud of you. Every one in a white shirt played well but for me lee, knight cahill and robbo stould out and matty taylor was imense. fantastic atmosphere from our support , didnt here any body winge all the way through.

great game great result and a proper atmosphere

taylor MOM for me

Finger touches down on the keyboard and away Didle's post match thoughts go; weeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

I'm gonna get the negatives outta way first.

. Muamba IMO should have been sent off on 45 mins, picking up his second yellow, however Cahill shouldn't have been sent off against Arsenal at The Emirates, so meh!

. On another day, Wilshere,M.Taylor and Chamakh could all have done serious damage and got red cards.

. A soft penalty and a very poor penalty this time by Super Kev, the best players miss penalties, technique looked off on this occasion.

.Lee should have shot or looked before trying that trick pass, would have been classed as quality skill if it assisted a goal, however he looked a little silly, was a great through ball from Sturridge, deserved a goal on the end of it.

Cohen getting booked for paying tribute to his father, ref was doing his job, but this rule is a joke, it really is. Cohen's not a fave player of mine, but that was touching and I felt so pleased for him.

__________

POSITIVES!

. I thought K.Davies in the 2nd half was not that great, missed penalty and poor passing, however he still won header after header and gave is all, in the 1st half I thought he was absolutely terrific! so much heart, so much passion!!

. Lee making up with a great corner, who's goal is it, Cahill or Sturridge? it looked over the line, but would it have been given if Sturridge wasn't there to nod home?

. Sturridge, amazing player, he'll play for England up top with Rooney in a year or so for England IMO.

. Our defence, yes Arsenal were guilty of missing chances, Nasri especially, but after losing 5-0, missing a penalty and then conceding within a minute, many teams confidence would have been knocked, we stuck together and still made chances ourselves, both Lee and Elmander were denied by their keeper, corner comes in WE SCORE!

. Great crowd

. Arsene Wenger having a massive paddy

There's plenty more, last week was a shock to the system, but that is a one off, sure we'll lose to Stoke in the future no doubt, but not like that, not 5-0 in a massive game.

Maybe with this win, we can become Arsenal's bogey side once more.

Fabrice wad good today so fuck u diddles

Fabrice wad good today so fuck u diddles

Excuse me? did I say he was shit? I said IMO he should/could have easily been sent off.

Apology would be nice, but it's O.K if you don't :)

Just heard Arsenal described as a super team. That makes the players super men. Too bad all trophies appear to be Kryptonite. 2-1.

Huge attendance by our standards is that the biggest since?

(probably) 02.01.06 v Liverpool

fantastic bounce back result after last week

one more win should guarantee top 8 which would be an excellent season (7th still very much a possibility)

Nice to see jussi just drop to his knees once again as fabregas' shot hit the post

And would you swap their current goalie for ours ? I wouldn't.And they are one of the best teams in Europe.

Sorry dids am pissed pal , try it one day you will love it with a mind like yours!

Great win

Obviously over the moon

But

Anyone who reckons we looked solid defensively is watching different games to me; if they could have finished better or provided a better final ball....which they would/do most weeks, we'd have been beaten convincingly

Loved the passion when we got the winner. Those players DO care

Coyle did say in his after match interview that he knew with his team selection that we would be light in midfield and it was a risk, we did get lucky but sometimes fortunes the brave, shame it did not last week.

If we had scored the pen, If lee had taken the shot on instead of doing a back heel the Arse could and should have been 3 goals behind, dont you just love that word 'if'

we did hang on, granted

but, very few teams can ever be proper comfortable against them

they had very few clear chances, in fact, i'd say we probably had 4 or 5 of the best 6 chances

Diddles did you go

I have actually and I'm very good at it as a matter of fact and a few on here will confirm this

Yes I did SJ :) did you?

Loads of if's in that game, if Taylor gives away a penalty early on, if Lee scores or sets up, if Davies scores the pen, if Fabregas scores instead of hitting the post, all these above would mean a totally different game evolving.

From looking like being 2-0 down, to then equalizing within a minute, it swings the advantage in Arsenal's favour, they had their tails up and also probably attacked more thinking our confidence would be weak, especially after losing 5-0 at Wembley also adding to the pen miss and concede within a short time.

They are Arsenal also, great at keeping the ball and have plenty of talent, both teams had good chances to score more, Nasri should have, I'm certain the Nasri of before Jan would have scored the 1 on 1.

I did I have video footage of the last two mins shortly to be iploaded

We got mullered possession wise in that second half, but I don't give a fuckety fuck, and I've lost my voice.

Totally agree with could

Doesn't mean it's should though; remember their 1 on 1 etc

Hey I'm not saying that we didn't deserve to win, just commenting that it really isn't a solid set-up
