95 Play Off Final

I was there but don't remember much of it only being a small boy at the time.

Just watching some youtube clips of it and on one 'You'll never walk alone' is being sung. Was it us singing it?

That's because it was full to capacity for every single game.

and we always scored from corners

How could we not from those short ones Mark Patterson used to do.

After each Reading goal, their supporters sang to Shaka Hislop,,,,,, " Shaka shaka whats the score" he would stick one finger up, then at two nil he put two fingers up. When the Wanderers took the lead the Bolton fans relied with their own chant," Shaka Shaka whats the score,,,,,, absolute classic.

Didn't Shaka Hislop do 'Tease Me' with his friend Pliers?

I do not care what song we sing as long as we sing something, our support needs to get back to the old days, whats the point of going to the game and sitting on your hands? Try it and you might just enjoy the match day experience a liitle bit more.

I reckon we could turn our very own Cherry Ghost's (Simon Aldred) People Help The People into an anthem of our own.

People help the people

And if your homesick, give me your hand and i'll hold it

People help the people

And nothing will drag you down

Oh and if I had a brain, Oh and if I had a brain

i'd be cold as a stone and rich as the fool

That turned, all those good hearts away

No offence, but it's a bit of a dirge, isn't it? Not exactly one to get the crowd bouncing.

I enjoy the game just fine sat down watching the match. I have the odd sing song but mainly I prefer to watch the game with my family. Away games with my mates are different tbf.

If you want to sing and act the goat go and be with the yoof and not rights in the ESL. And perhaps teach them more than their 3 song repertoire.

Hey Mr shaka, man, sell me marijuana (Reading away, that season, for some reason on a Friday night)

when fabian de fraitarse scored the equalizer , it was the greatest emotion i have ever experienced .

And read the Guardian?

When we were in the lower leagues & very shite, at the end of every away defeat ,i.e most away games, Bolton fans would belt out a defiant " We,ll support you ever more".

I can't remember the last time I heard that, but now that we're shite again away from home , it should be resurrected.

De Freitas' goal was the greatest few seconds of my life.I don't think a last minute winner in the FA Cup Final could beat it.

If I buy a paper I get either the independent or the concise version i.

I go to the football to watch the game, if I want to sing and bounce around I go to a gig
