Milletts have a sale on, be careful as not everything is reduced as much as they claim but some bargains to be had.

Depends if you want stuff for the long term or just a couple of weekends away. Try Argos as they do some cheap stuff

Go Outdoors are usually pretty good: linky

You'll have to travel a bit to get to one though (Wigan or Blackburn)

There is one near me and the prices are really good once you get one of their discount cards (you sign up for it in store at the cost of ?4)

the decathlon chain is very cheap for stuff, I know there is one in Stockport near the pyramid. Sure there must be more of them.

Riversway Leisure at Preston is the cheapest we have found, they have a website so you can order online.

Ebay is also worth a try, we have picked up some bargains.

Go outdoors has a good shop in manchester the old Ilva furniture place

They have an own brand called "Hi Gear" which is all Gelert stuff but just rebranded, so the quality is very good

Sign up to the newsletter as they change offers every week

They had 50% off all Highgear products a couple of weeks back

They have tents pitched up too so you can check out sizes

Winfields at Hasligden also has tents pitched outside and is worth a visit

Millets is Blacks - so the websites sell the same products - and there is usually a discount code or two knocking around for them

But Milletts is cheapo, if you want long term you go to Blacks. Owned by the same people but serving different markets.

try Winfields at haslingden they have a good sale on at the moment
