Sorry Its About Him

remember when he had 2 keepers on the bench? the twat

aye, but to be fair that was a good move.

wasnt it last game of the season against chelsea and we had to not lose by 7 goals or something?

in the highly unlikely event jussi and al habsi got injured/sent off, we had a 3rd choice keeper.

I think that was the reasoning anyway

Jussi was undecided on whether to sign a new contract at the time so it could have been his last game for us iirc ????

the reasoning I recall was the either our 1st, or more likely 2nd, choice keeper on the day wasn't fully fit

it's more likely because he was a twat

As Alan Partridge said

"That's a negative ... and right now I need two positives: one to cancel out the negative ... and one just so I've got a positive"

I'm in Sheffield today, I might have some fun with the Wednesdayites.

Fuck Off Megson

"Megson's football is crap but i was prepared to suffer it if it meant a winning team.

But how we can justify playing hoof ball and getting smashed at places like stevenage i dont know"

like how they have this as one of their emoticons:

That can't be Meggo smiling. It's a ginger imposter.

It'll be wind.

I had a quick look on that Sheff Weds forum earlier.

I was staggered by how many actually think they should stand by him. I can only think that's due to his links with the club from before his appointment.

By the sounds of it, he's employing exactly the same sort of tactics and style of play we all grew to hate.

I know he did a good job at West Brom, and in all fairness he kept us in the PL after the debacle of Sammy Lee when we were looking pretty doomed. He also brought in some good players. But, I HONESTLY believe that if Gartside hadn't axed him we would've gone down that season. The fans were all against him and it looked as if the players didn't want to play for him. It sounds all too familiar a story, just ask Forest fans. Heck, even the Leicester fans were delighted when he walked out on them to join us.

A big part of me wants him to continue to fail at Wednesday, but a small part of me pities their fans. They've done nothing to deserve him, just as we hadn't.

Nope, it's because they were already up shit creek before he arrived.
