The only reason for keeping the guy now is cost. You could put my missus in charge of that group of players, give her 20 games and she would do no worse. Sack him, leave nobody in charge, they will do no worse. I hoped he would grow into the role but more importantly I hoped he would recognise that he needs to ditch his buddies and get a coach in to work alongside himself - but oh no. It's no good saying the club need to install coaches to help if OC himself does not recognise that he needs that help. So for me, get rid. I hope Hughes will come, but doubt it, I am now at the stage where I think we are better off without any manager rather than having him .... So sad, when we beat Stoke it was clear that the whole crowd that cheered him off wants him to succeed, but I'm afraid he just does not have it ....
