Fairly certain no one is arsed, but we're still buzzing so I'm telling you all anyway.  We got incredibly lucky, thankfully! Weather was spot on and it properly set the tone for a perfect day, co

Wouldn't bother tomorrow mate, looks a complete abortion of a day. Winds kicking on 40mph tomorrow afternoon apparently.

The mixed bag clears by Thursday afternoon according to bbc, but with a wind that strong I reckon it will

Blow out over night on Wednesday leaving a clear day early on Thursday.

Direct moderate west wind both Thursday and Friday so fill your boots with bike ride.

If you are heading into Cleveleys on the lower walk through Bispham etc you won't be able to carry on once you get shore road mate. They are rebuilding the sea wall which is due to finish in 2086 just in time for the last of the polar icecaps to melt.

You might have to turn right at the building works and head into Cleveleys that way down the main road. Not sure if there's any access through the works.

September 17th for a week  -  travelling abroad this time. I'm giving up on holidaying in this country

Nice In london. The poofs love it

Clear as a bell Sunday mate.

This bit of low pressure crap will blow out this week. Says cloudy on bbc but Rising temps will shift high level cloud by mid afternoon. Always burns it off when it's over 18c and its high cloud.

Tip facking top, cheers!

Means my lad should get to see the Red Arrers do their high level stuff.

Is that the bit that they've been doing for the last couple of years after the storm where you end up cycling through a park and then past a load of houses behind the sea wall? Surely to god they've finished that by now or are you talking about a different section?

Aye that's the one. There's another bit further up in Rossall too, although that maybe finished.

They started it all in 2014. Looks nowhere near to me. Every time I drive by lads are either sunbathing on the grass or huddled in the van fast asleep :D

I've never actually see anyone there. Fucking deserted every time I've been and a shit load more of the beach dumped on the prom with every high tide

Sounds like they've got Bolton Council's lads on the job.

Bit breezy on the prom today for anyone going to air show.

22mph average isn't too bad mind.

Goes crackers after 7pm and kicks on to 50mph+

Blowing a fucking hoolie here, it wasn't forecast was it? It's like autumn out there.

It'd better be nicer in Manchesterford this afternoon, supping in the sun is much nicer.

Lovely fresh morning

Lovely day yesterday in north Pembrokeshire. Drove back south a little into cloud and later rain. Went fishing briefly and the wind was that strong you could body board on the lake..

Im setting off shortly. If there is gusting any stronger than that it could restrict stuff, especially by the arrows.

It kicks on to 26 mid afternoon. What's the threshold for the arrows mate?

Just hope it's a steady wind rather big gusts.

Saw a documentary about th'arrows not long back. Is there low cloud too?

Not sure of wind cut off speed, but they restrict the routine before calling it a day altogether.

There isnt actually a threshold, but it is taken as a whole, wind speed itself isnt an issue, but if you are flying at high speed 5 feet from the wingtip of several other planes and get hit by a strong cross wind its "a concern" but anything over 40 kts is a danger for parachuting  if something happens and an ejection or bail out scenario happens, so that is part of the general picture.

How is the sky looking, as TMGJ says, it can affect a display, if itscloudy but over 4500 feet there are no issues, below 2500 it gets a bit boring.

Cloud cover looks like cumulus to me, but the steady breeze is blowing them apart.

Sunshine predicted this afternoon if not earlier.

Deffo no low lying dense stuff.
