Both. Seems a good idea when you are 18-21. But fashions change, as do tattoo styles, quite like some of the tribal stuff that's doing the rounds these days but only on upper arms, not into legs, necks, faces, wrists, backs, etc. Tacky IMO.

Both upper arms are covered on on chest and across top of my back
