Goal Difference

Will it take us down ?

if it came to that then obviously as it stands yes...

but im confident we can get what we need out the remaining games for it not to go to that...

tomorrow is massive...both results go for us and i feel we have the ascendancy

If we finish on 37 pts yes.

Isn't this like asking for the lotto numbers?

What he said.

It's about time someone did us a favour, I reckon Blackburn and QPR will lose tomorrow...

Four points from our last three games keeps us up :)

We prayed for Muamba

Now we need to Pray for Chelsea then Stoke and then City beating QPR

And us picking up a point or two before the end of the season

Bookies still have us favourites between us and QPR to stay up - just

Asking a lot to change a 10 goal swing, but it is possible. chelsea win by 2 or 3 tomorrow, city and utd could be decided on goal difference, therefore city need to beat qpr on the final day by 4 or 5. ifs and buts i know but hears hoping.

Watch us beat spurs then lose last 2!

City's goal diff is 6 better than United's. If City win by 1 on Monday their's will be 8 better. Therefore goal difference is hugely in City's favour.

If Monday's is a drawn match goal diff is unlikely to be material.

If United win by less than 8 goal diff can only favour City if they are level on points.

City may need a win at QPR, and may want to win in style, but goal difference won't be a motivation.

City have already won at QPR this season. 3-2.

Can they not play them again.

It'd help our cause greatly.

that's why they call him 50%Malcolm

Sorry, I meant V QPR not at...

As of now we only have a 'game in hand' on Villa and Wigan, both of whom have 3 pts advantage plus goal difference advantage over Bolton (Thanks, Toon).

QPR are playing against FA Cup finalists 6 days before the final (so easy for Chelsea to under-perform).

Blackburn need to win AT Spurs today or they are on the brink.

This is the first time this season that the outcome is no longer "in our own hands" , despite yesterday's post-match comments.

Not sure that will be accurate

First time recently

Watch us beat spurs then lose last 2!

then we got points in the bag which others wont

Must take my hat off to Chelsea's underperformance today. That Joey Barton is such a twat. He started the season saying Arsenal were after him;he'll end it with 10 yellow cards and a one way ticket to the championship.

What if we're level on goal difference? Will we have scored enough goals?

Wigan 38

QPR 40

Bolton 41

Blackburn 47

Half way there , similar result from the massives and we may only need 37 points.

We'll be in good shape if it comes down to head to head

Aye, but it doesn't.
